I went into the store to look at getting a 120 gallon fish tank. the staff was friendly and asked me right away if I need help. but I will never come into this location again, I'm not exaggerating when I say literally every fish tank had a dead fish in it, some with many more then that. the fish that were alive were at the top of the tanks struggling to breath. it made me sick and I had to leave. I won't be back
Overpriced service, bad service. They always got my dogs haircut style wrong totally opposite of what I asked them to do. Very unprofessional rude stuff especially store manager. Poor management and services. Took my dog there few times but never again. Plus I was never informed before until today that there was an extra $5 charge for the service if it’s weekend appointment. Glad I cancelled it. Definitely not taking my dog there ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience with them!

Shout out to the grooming station there for helping us out! Best customer service ever supplied us with a box and very helpful tips! Hundred times better than the Petco cross the street! 10 out of 5 stars!

The employees there were so great.... very nice, very knowledgeable, ready to do their job with good attitudes as well. Thank you for the help with my tank, lighting and fish!!!
I've had great experience shopping in the store BUT the past couple times I placed an online order it sucked. They didn't fulfill and claimed to not have received it. I recommend not to use the in-store pickup.
I take my dog to Petsmart for nail trimmings and baths. He loves to go there and everyone treats him like a king!!! Thank you for your great service <3
Well, was happy with the service and everything. Have had my daughters fish tanks set up for almost half a year, my fish have always been healthy, but recently I bought around 10 fish and now my both of my tanks are infected and the fish that have infected them haven't lasted over 2 weeks even with water treatment etc. Very disappointed that my entire population is probably going to die because of this.
