Cashier service was very slow both times I went. This second trip 3 bones for my pup were obviously in the wrong place because when I got home I realize I over paid for them when the tags at something else. I won't be back, but this review is not to bash the company itself it's just to let you know where you need improvement.

When you take your dog to a company as big as the PetSmart you expect a better management with knowledge about the service. Well I took my dog back after 6 days to complain that the next day after the bath she had and still has dandruff all over her coat.
