My boys love chassidy in grooming, I live in deltona but she's well worth the drive I wouldn't take them anywhere else!

The last three times I was there you did not have what I wanted. Twice your website said the items were in stock. Tonight when I was there I heard another lady complaining about the same thing! I won't be back.
The reason I gave A poor review right now is becasue I have taken buster there many times ,,but this time around he was cut by Dawn the groomer ,and he now 5 days later still has a nasty bloody cut daily ,,and noone called me when this happened and noon there bought him to benfield hosp located right in the store ,,i am very up this happened
Frequently go to this store..friendly staff...prices are what they are...like most retail stores these days...worth it, and bathrooms are always clean
I had an absolutely amazing visit! 1st time around shopping for an aquarium & fish, went to several other stores & became frustrated because the associates were either too busy talking to each other to help me or had very short patience. "Robin" at this store was AMAZING! She observed me browsing at tanks and immediately walked over and asked if I needed help. She answered all my questions and was super friendly! Thanks to her, I walked away with everything I needed and on my way to start my tank!
