We started taking our kitten eve here. The lady at the front desk is super nice and great with animals. The doctors and nurses are great. Im glad we decided to take our pet here. The pet insurance is also affordable. The store is always clean and well kept.
I got to petsmart 40 minutes before my appt. The dr and nurse were very helpful. Gave my dog his exam and got the medicines I needed for him. At the beginning When i came in and they asked if it was my dogs name checking in. I said yes and they said I would be helped soon. My appt time came and they didn't call me. After 10 more minutes I got up to take my coat off and the same person said oh I didn't see your dog. We were wondering why you were just sitting there! Trainer Maria is amazing! She is so sweet and helpful. You can tell she really cares about the pets! Our dog Blue is excited to return for training!
I would suggest looking elsewhere for pet boarding. The staff are rude and incompetent. We have brought our Chiweenie Stella there several times in the past with no incidents but today we brought her in and they said they wouldn't take her. We asked why and they said because there is a note in her file saying she would not come out of her cage. My poor baby, she was rubbing her face in the couch when we came home and running her paw over her ears into her eye. I looked closer and she had a two inch cut by her eye. No note explaining what happened. She was groomed and trimmed around her eyes. I called back to the store and they said she PROBABLY got in group play, which should be supervised. Again no note.. Got my money though....I'm between 2-3 stars
The lady at the banfield hospital front desk was the worst she needs to look for another job.
I am upset , I went to get help with my fish that just had babies & the young lady didn't know much about fish & babies , your better off going to a small business , if you need help .. They do not educate the help they have .. any question you might have don't waist your time at pet smart , go to a mom & pop shop , you get more help .. I will never go to pet smart again ...Never !!!
