Wow. I just stated that I have previously owned a chinchilla and requested to see the two they had in stock. Was informed that since they are 'so sensitive to heat that people are not allowed to see them without the intention of buying.' First, my body heat is NOT going to give this animal heat stroke. I will neverrrrr recommend anyone to take their dog, cat, pig, horse, bird to petsmart Bluffton!! The grooming department is horrible at grooming; they will cancel the appointment while your pet is there. They continue to lose groomers because of the horrible management. Also, my Maltese is 5 1/2 pounds, and they say she's too wiggly to groom!! I am going to put a negative review every day for 6 months straight until I feel satisfied. Petsmart grooming Bluffton SC is freaking pathetic!!!
I will not ever take my dogs there again. I was charged $93 for two baths! They quoted the upcharges and extras as the actual cost of the bath. I’ve always gone to Petco, and I will return to Petco. They are also a lot nicer at Petco. I didn’t even get my dog clipped for $93! Unacceptable and unbelievable! #petsmartbluffton

Sales clerk was so rude to me, I literally almost cried. I just moved here and was coming in to buy my cat a new collar and tag. Maybe HE needs to find a new job, if he doesn't like this one. He was older with a accent. He was super nice to the lady ahead of me, with her puppy.. Maybe he has something against cats.. :( I won't be back.. well I guess I encountered my first jack ass of South Carolina...
Petsmart bluffton sc is a terrible place they posted a dog class wrong in 2 place s i questioned them they verified the wrong date ever can find an employee store always empty when i tried to buy tropical fish given the third degree told me i could not buy the fish both occasions said my tank was to small first time second time the fish were not compatible yet THE FISH I WANTED WERE IN THE SAME TANK AT PETSMART i refuse to go there PRTCO is so much nicer and u don't get the 3rd degree.
