Every since I've had my dog, he goes to Petsmart to get groomed. So thinking that this will be another successful day, I pick him up and see a big red bruise on him. NEVER has he been irritated from the soap and thats the explanation they tried to use. Then after being looked at by the vet, they blamed me by saying it could've happened before. Very rude and do not back the products they sell.
Very disappointed in your business today. Saw a distressed animal trapped in a car right in front of the store, in direct sun, in 95° heat and your employees said they weren't allowed to use the intercom to call for the owners of the vehicle. They said my only option was to call 911. I walked around asking people if it was their car with no luck, walked back outside to find that the animal succumbed to the heat. Groomers are very friendly. They are always gentle with her and sweet talk to her while she is being groomed helping her feel better about the environment she is in at the time of grooming.
