Took my pup to meet Santa this afternoon 12/10/22 at O’fallon petsmart. And I’ve never been so disappointed. Santa didn’t say a word to me, my dog or anyone. He didn’t pet my dog. RecommendedI like the staff and the store but the only problem, when I bring my pet to the entrance, the panhandlers that are singing and playing the guitar too loudly and my pet gets even more stressed with anxiety for her grooming appointment. If they could move elsewhere, that would be great. Thanks

RecommendedThe grooming department is amazing. They always treat our dogs just like family. We have been loyal customers for almost 8 years. Today they went above and beyond. We have a 15 year old Pom who is getting older and hasn’t been feeling well lately. We were worried he was getting a little warm with his thick coat but didn’t know if he was strong enough for a visit. They got him in right away and treated him with so much love. I am more than upset with the girls at the grooming department today. I scheduled an appointment online. When doing so it popped up that my dogs shot records needed to be provided as they have gone no where else but your store they should have had them.
