I was told several weeks ago that I could come in to have my cats nails capped, but for that week they were booked. The employee I spoke to took down my information, gave me the time frames for when the cat groomer was available and let me know that I was now "in their system". I called a week later to schedule the appointment and was told I needed to show up to date records for rabies vaccine before a visit. Grooming department is incompetent. They have no clue when their appointments are. They sent us 2 texts saying the appointment was at 2 different times on the same day. Another time an appointment was made and when our dog arrived they didn't have the appointment in their system. They are incompetent and the manager is even more so and could not care less. We will never be back.
I took my 5 month old puppy to them at 9 am on a Saturday and 7 HOURS later I picked her up and was told they couldn't clip her because she was stressed.. why wasn't I informed of that hours before?? They still tried charging me $47 for the nail grind and bath..not to mention she was FULL OF THE OTHER DOGS HAIR🤬🤬 I spoke with the manager and told them this was not acceptable I still ended up paying $27 for a bath and a nail trim.. they tried telling me that she was matted down to the skin.. we brush our dog daily she was n... read more
The staff at the Banfield vet at this location is the best we’ve had!! We normally go to the Castleton location but we’ve decided to make this location our normal one going forward due to the exceptional service we received and how friendly the vet and vet tech were!!

Asher received his first professional grooming from PestSmart, by Emil. Tomorrow is his One Year Birthday, so they put a birthday bandanna on him. Such a short cut, he looks like a little cow! LOL We love it/him!
