Apparently a report was written about our 13 yr old chihuahua being aggressive with the employees (although she has no teeth) during her stay but we were not told of this nor was it written on her "report card". Meanwhile they made a reservation over the phone for another stay and when we went to drop her off the morning of our flight they refused to take her.
