This Petsmart is terrible, I just received a call a day before my dog grooming appt (which I schedule 2 weeks ago) and the groomer told me they need to reschedule it because the appointment was not schedule for an express groom. They should be alert me when I make the grooming appointment, not the day before. The groomer attitude was not helpful and not nice at all. He then say well we have to reschedule and that is. RecommendedI appreciate the Renton Landing PetSmart employees. I had an unfortunate situation with some dry cat food. This store was overly gracious in making the situation right. Due to my physical disabilities, I have needed additional assistance. They are always patient and helpful.

We took our German Shep to be groomed 11/26/18 ..I made the appt approx a week in advance ..service has been so bad there for awhile..after my dog suffered severe razor burn under all 4 arm pits over a yr ago the salon mgr NICOLE convinced me she will treat our senior girl with care.. Very unprofessional in the grooming department! I walked in and made an appointment for a first puppy wash and groom for the next day. When I got there the day of I was told he would need to be there for multiple hours and it wasn’t even a full grooming it was just getting him used to the experience. No one had given me these details or the timeline when I scheduled. I love this this place. I’ve been taking my rowdy Boston Terrier here for training & now I’ve started up again with my new puppy. The staff is super friendly and the trainer Monica is great. Monica has amazing energy/enthusiasm for her job and really makes you feel like she cares about your dog and wants you to succeed.
I have volunteered for Purrfect Pals in the cat adoption room at the Renton PetSmart since October 2015 and I can't say enough about how wonderful the management and staff have been in supporting our rescue efforts. PetSmart never sells dogs or cats; and nationwide PetSmart Charities help save over 1,300 pets every day through adoption.
Went to buy a couple goldfish. The sign said buy 4 get 2 free. I have a 50gal tank and a 40 gal tank. They kept arguing with me that the tanks are too small and I can't buy that many. Don't post signs if you refuse to sell something. I will go to another store where they will honor there signs and want my business.
