I took my pet there, for grooming,they wanted to work unsupervised,my pet got hurt they disclaim any responsibility,my pet was seen before going there,after going there ,by vets the store spectacular they have great inventory, but don't trust grooming department

Miranda did an outstanding job grooming our Mr Wiggles. Over several days she helped our shelter rescue cockapoo overcome extreme anxiety and fear, which he expressed by growling and resistance. Over several days preceding the appointment, Miranda sat in the pet waiting area, gently spoke his name, allowed him to become comfortable with her and sniff the grooming tools. On grooming day he was able to complete a full service, bath and haircut, and he looks (and smells) amazing now! Thank you Miranda!
I DO NOT recommend their grooming salon. I specifically said NO clippers, and yet not only did my Aussie get clipped and look like a poodle in the rear, she was manhandled and is now afraid of clippers! This is a dog that had been shown when she was younger and was NEVER afraid of clippers. Now you turn them on and she flips! I specifically just needed her trimmed up, with scissors, and stated that. I like the store and general employees, but I'll never go to, or recommend, their groomers again. $70 to make my dog fearful. S... read more
We love training with Dakota! He has transformed are rambunctious German Shepard puppy into a well mannered puppy! He is so good with her, she loves to come to class!
Please replace the poor conures hut. It could be very dangerous for him with all the lose strings.
