My favorite PetSmart! The staff is always so friendly and even the customers waiting. Even though it took longer than normal for a nail clipping today, you all made it very entertaining watching all the pets get their pictures taken with Santa!
The clerk told me I could get an in-store credit if my cat does not like the new dry cat food. Turns out, she likes the Iams senior formula!
We bought 6 fish Sunday got up to one dead this morning, and before the day was over a second one died. They apparently had the ick. I took the dead fish back which they gave me one to replace the two and asked what could be done to prevent my other fish from getting it and they didn't have a clue said all I could do was bring some of my tank water back up there for them to test.
