Do not get your dog groomed here. The grooming associates at this location are lazy. I took my dog in to get groomed and had brushed her out the night before because she has curly hair and the grooming associate Cristina called me within 10 minutes of me dropping my dog off to say that her hair is “too thick” and I either need to pick her up and brush her myself or shave her naked because she “doesn’t have time” because “she’s so big”. Literally the worst pet store. Pet smart needs to be shut down. Customer service is horrible. I wrote bad review on here about a rude employee a year ago and that got taken down. I only shop there because my cat has kidney failure and they are the only ones near us that carry the only food he will eat which is hills science diet tuna and vegetable stew. Absolute worst people you can ever take your dog to. Do not ever take your dog to the pet smart in Suffolk. The absolute worst customer service and dog handling I have ever seen in my life. Pathetic.

I walked in today to ask about getting a bath for my dog. The girl at the counter said I needed an appointment. She said I could get his nails trimmed. I replied I do all of that myself, I just didn’t want to bathe him in the house today. She replied “whatever.” Screw petsmart. They won’t be getting anymore business from me and I will be posting this through all of my hunting forums. ���������
