I took my 7 year old Pom into Megan for his first ever professional grooming, he is an Addisons dog, and I have been concerned about how well he would handle a grooming by someone other than myself, I am happy to report, he did very well! Megan did an excellent job, he is just adorable, so soft, and cuddly! My daughter takes her dog into PerSmart Coralville, which is why I made the choice to take my four legged baby in, and I am very happy I did! Thank you, Megan, I will be returning when he needs it!
Just found out a good friend took their new fur baby there for grooming and the experience was HORRIBLE! There is no excuse!!!!!
I just completed an adoption of a rescue dog from a rescue group independent of PetSmart. I had no idea the things that they did for rescue groups nor the donations made from this company until today. I will definitely shop here more, knowing that they give so much back! We even got a coupon book with free dog classes, pet stays at hotels, free dog food, and lots of big discounts on products for our new rescue. I wasn’t expecting this... just wanted to give kudos as I feel it speaks volumes about this business! ❤️🙏❤️

We took shelter during a tornado and the team took outstanding care of us. Lori and Kat and their colleague who welcomed us in were all so kind and accommodating. They brought us towels and kept us updated on the forecast. Thanks for the care and great conversation. Wonderful, caring staff!!!
Lori the trainer is amazing, I don’t know what my dog or I would do without her! I recommend her to anyone and everyone.
