I have an older dog and they took great care of her!! Vince in the grooming salon is AMAZING!! I highly recommend him. He is friendly, informative and goes above and beyond in his service. He helped me find the cheapest but most efficient package for my precious girl! She is an excessive shedder and the difference in her coat afterwards was MAGIC! We were there for intermediate training, Doreen is a GREAT trainer. BANNER is doing better each week, but he is a Red Standard Poodle

Visited the Vestal store on Friday, April 15th. Nice selection but wasn't impressed by the bitchy attitude of our cashier. If you're not good at customer service, maybe you should consider another line of work.
