Worst store ever and worst customer service. I returned an item over 2 weeks ago, and to date I have not received my money in my bank yet. I called this store, they told me to call the PetSmart customer service, I called them, they told me to call the store back. I called the store again, Spoke to a manager, and they still haven’t told me where my money is. Sammy, my 12 year old cat has terrible allergies. Coconut Oil and Catnip seemed to help, he needed something more. I found Only Natural Pet Aller-Free 7 which was the savior. he sneezes less and less, and coughs less and less. now he can sleep all day, as usual, and cause terror all night. thanks.
