I signed my puppy up for the puppy class and was super excited to start taking her and working on new skills at home. However, I thought the trainer was super rude. I didn’t want to base my opinion off of a first interaction so I took my neighbor with me the next time same impression. Tonight I brought my mom. their puppy class..went with my sister and her puppy and the lady that runs the class has very bad customer service skills the way she speaks to the owners of the dogs and her demeanour as well needs to be worked on..a few people have had issues with her grabbing things out of their hands.. I will never recommend this dog training place to anyone
Mrs. Cindy grooms our cocker spaniel Tinkerbell and we love her!!! We have had a few different groomers there and we have always been more than pleased
Just took my dog there for the pawdicure service. Which includes ear cleaning, flushing, and hair removal, nail grind, Cologne and bandanna. The service was over in about 10 mins so I should have known they didn’t do a good job. My dogs ears are still very dirty, the hair was not trimmed at all, and no bandanna. If I just wanted her nails trimmed I would have paid for that service and said a few bucks. Highly dissatisfied.
