Going out of business at this location if you buy a anything that requires batteries test before you buy. BOUGHT CAT BALL BATTERY OPERATED THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER ON AN NO REFUND WAS TOLD STUCK WITH IT
PetSmart screwed up with me. They said my boy cat was a girl cat and failed to diagnose his underdeveloped testicles! How can a vet NOT know the gender of a cat or dog?????
Our sweet Diesel has been going to PetSmart for 10 years. He still loves to go and they love to see him coming. Ms. Tye and Ms. Leanne are his favorites in grooming and Ms. Logan and Ms. Crystal are his favorites at Banfield Pet Hospital. We’ve had a couple of issues over the years but they always bend over backwards to solve the problem. Thanks PetSmart, for loving our sweet boy for 10 years.
I came in first thing in the morning to try to get help for a cat that someone has dropped off at our house. I finally found an employee and he went to get someone who was supposed to be knowledgeable in the area and no one ever returned. I walk to the back of the store where I saw several employees in the back room talking and cutting up. I went to the vet center where the gentleman their page someone to the aisle and again no one ever showed up. I would give it a zero if I could, just horrible customer service!
