Today is my addie’s birthday and I took her for a treat and some grooming. The lady that assisted us was very kind and gave us a special birthday bandana! It was very fast but I think she did a wonderful job. When I put a new collar I bought from the store on Addie, the associates assisted me with fitting it on her. Thank you for helping me make Addie’s day special! Our experiences at this location ensure we always come back!
We had such a great experience taking our 8 month Giant Schnauzer to the groomer for the first time! They were so patient with his puppy energy and did a great job! Topped it off with a super sweet family Christmas photo with both dogs and both bearded dragons!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO PETSMART! At 10:23am I received a call that my malitpoo had a “little scratch” but it was protocol to be seen by their vet. Well 5 hours later, no call and she hadn’t been seen by the vet yet (I was informed however that it’s bad enough to need stitches)😡 The manager, Jennifer, was completely incompetent and refused to give me her last name. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I will never take another pet of mine to PetSmart!

Horrible customer service! Took my dogs in for grooming but they would not accept their out of state vaccination records, even though it had the vaccine sticker on it and the date it was administered (and still up to date). From my understanding, they would only work with a “Certificate” just like Texas issues and because my previous state does not do that they did not know what to do and simply preferred to send us back home. They did not even apologize and never suggested we reschedule the appointment after calling the vet... read more
