Luna is all tuckered out from her puppy pampering session at PetSmart Green Bay East today. Jaime D was so nice and even got down on the floor and sat for a while to greet Luna when we first arrived. I stopped in the store part way through and Jaime came out and found me in the aisle to let me know how Luna was doing and an approximate timeframe of how much longer it may be before she would be ready. I arrived to pick Luna up and Jaime greeted me within a minute and went to get Luna for me. Jaime even endured a few scratches... read more

Brought my pit-bull in for a nail clipping. She has had bad experiences in the past and is a work in progress. PetSmart was patient and more than willing to work with her. The store is clean and spacious. Definitely recommend. Worked with Jamie and Jaime in the grooming area - huge thank you!
