Went to take my dog to be groomed at petsmart in Hickory, NC. Worst experience. The lady who cut my dogs hair (couldn’t finish the hair cut as she claimed) name is “Sydney D.” When I dropped my dog off she said she would take 3 hours. Not even 30 minutes later she calls me, and states that my dog was “too stressed out” to finish the haircut. Also stated that she “recommends” a vet do it and has her put to sleep? I usually don’t leave a review but today I took my puppy to get a cut I explained to the girl that I wanted him not short hair and I didn’t want his skin showing yet when I get there I see him, is like she did the opposite I told her that’s not what I asked for she ask got all with bad attitude her name is Emily rude as it can be I’m the costumer that’s paying. I will NEVER go back to petsmart in hickory or any of those places.
Mad rude people work here way too many competitors for them to treat people this way.
Great place to buy anything
Terrible work and rude people, my dog used to love go in there and now he refuses and will fight me to go in there. Obviously something went wrong and now he's too scared to go in there!
I will NEVER take my dogs to be groomed at Petsmart ever again! I am severely pissed! I took my husky there this past Saturday and he looks terrible! He might as well not have any hair left. It took them over 6 hours to cut it him, which I’m not sure why. I had to call just to see what they were doing to him. When I got there they almost shaved him bald and they cut all the hair off of his tail! Jessica was his groomer and she is a sorry excuse for one!
