We brought our guinea pig to the banfield pet hospital at tempe marketplace to get her nails clipped. At this time they were not busy. We were turned away because no one was available to trim her nails as apparently they were all in a meeting. You could see multiple people walking around in the back. I told them I would be willing to wait, but they said the meeting is suppose to take 2 hours. Not one person could take the 5 minutes to trim her nails. So we had to leave. I took my 10 pound Schnoodle and my 45 pound Kelpie to get groomed at the PetSmart Grooming salon and felt I was overcharged. They charged me $70 to groom my 10 pound Schoondle the same amount as my Kelpie. I also bought the furminator treatment for my Kelpie since he sheds constantly. They didn't do a great job he was still shedding a good amount of hair when we picked him up. They also forgot to mention that there's a free 15 minute blow out with the Furminator treatment. PetSmart is a wonderful place for dogs. So many great smells for the dogs and products for humans to buy for the dogs. My dog's Vet is in PetSmart at the Banfield Pet hospital.
My Forever Friend love's it about 6 stars � Gets a bath, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and teeth brushedand has a good time sniffing ass
I love the Rio Salado Marketplace location, the store is always clean and organized. I don't wait in long lines at the registry because when it gets cluttered they always send an associate to assist. One of the main reasons why I don't shop at Wal-mart anymore! This store deserves five stars, thanks for a job well done!
