It was nasty! Stunk! There was dry pee on the floor everywhere!
They have employed some good groomers in the past, but they have apparently moved on. At some point during the 4+ hours they were grooming 2 of our dogs, the one that they insisted was a long-hair chihuahua at drop off magically became a Pekinese by the time we picked them up. Guess what? They charge $8 more to groom a Pekinese. The adjustment was made, but it seemed shady to me. If this is done to the birds, I can't imagine what's done behind the scenes to the kittens and cats......they are rescues who have been through hell already. Have a heart and care for all the animals with gentleness and respect.
