Is there a NEGATIVE 1?! The groomer that was there Saturday was being AWFUL with the dog there as I was walking in to get my dogs nails trimmed! The employees are polite but that's the only good thing I can say about it. I had a great experience with one of the groomers one time but all of the retail employees seem to miss the concept of actually assisting customers. Every time I've been in the store, there are people (including myself) that obviously need help and have questions. I've rarely seen an employee in the floor and I've never seen one approach a customer to ask if they need help. Called for information about my pet and they basically told me to fuck off. Way to be a pet store you fucking fucks. No wonder you get so many SHIT reviews.
Half of the time they don't have what I need they are always out of stock on something and they sale sick reptiles I've bought all my reptiles from this petsmart 2 cornsnakes 2 ball pythons and a bearded dragon the 2 ball pythons and the bearded dragon were sick the bearded dragon has passed away but the ball Pythons are back to health.
