My comment is concerning the unprofessionalism of the management team at the Mobile, AL location. I interviewed for the Operations Mgr. position in Oct. 2012, and after my interview with the store manager, the district manager wanted to interview me as well. The store mgr. at that time called to confirm my availability for a certain day, and the interview was set. Will never return nor recommend them – This is what they did to our girl. We took our Jack Russell Terrier for the usual bath and nail grinding/clipping. About 15 minutes after we dropped her off we get a call from Petsmart basically saying that 'she pulled out her nail'. We pick her up and there was nothing left of her nail, just a "powder" coated heel pad.
