I’ve been taking my 2 year old lab/boxer mix to the groomers here since we got her at 3 months old to get a bath and nails trimmed. Now all of a sudden she is considered “aggressive” and their new policy is I have to make a special appointment and stay the entire time she is getting groomed. I have an infant. I can’t stay the entire time she is getting groomed. Especially since this “express” policy isn’t any quicker!
Grooming there is so convenient and they have always done a good job. Just the grooming waiting area gets way too congested because of its size.

I loved the photos with The Easter Bunny, but instead of holding on to one of my dogs, they let him jump down and He came to me but it would not have been good if he would have run out the door. And my friend didn't get a good pic because they kept letting her dog jump down instead of hold her.
When I got to the check-out, the cashier acknowledged me but then started talking to the cashier next to her. I had to wait for her to click the key on her register so that I could finish my transaction with a credit card. Then she returned to talking with the cashier behind her. I told her it would be nice if she paid attention to me(the customer) so that I could finish my shopping. She didn't even put my items that I bought into my cart. I will NEVER use Petsmart grooming center again! I had to get a manager to have The service that I paid for completed. I paid for Daisy to have a "pawdcure" done. A "pawdure" is supposed to consist of trimming of the nails, filing the nails, cleaning out her ears, and spraying some deodorant spray. The only thing the grooming center did was cut her nails. Not only did they do a half ass job cutting her nails but they also cut into the quick of two of her nails!! Once I got home I realized that they didn't file the nails at a... read more
Generally, the store is fine for supplies. HOWEVER, they have some questionable people in grooming. Bad attitudes and bad grooming, at least if you have an airedale terrier.
