I wish these people would groom the dogs at their appointment time. Your dog sits in a case for 3 hours plus for a bath really people. It should be walk in with pet at your Scheduled time and your dog be done right then a hour tops. Work on also having trained professionals not just cashiers doing grooming. Please change your practices. We would love to come back.
First, I really like saving $ by order online, and picking up in the store. The staff person greeting ppl made it super easy and fast! Secondly, my son was on his phone on Pokemon Go when we walked in. That same staff asked him if he was on Pokemon and he showed her he was & she gave him a $10 gift card! She had no idea it was his b'day, but it made the trip exciting for him (and he got some Pokemon on the way). Thanks PetSmart Newburgh!

I have taken my dog every 2-3 months for a trim and call a week in advance to get the appointment I need. Arrived today for a 10:15 appointment and they said he was scheduled for a face trim only which would take 10 minutes? I have NEVER taken him for a face trim - I could do that myself! She said that's all they had time for. I was so annoyed. She said it was a scheduling error and she couldn't take the time to body trim him.
