Stopped in to get my dogs nails trimmed about a month ago and 1 person working. They where turning people away. stopped today and my 1 dogs rabies paper expired 2 days ago and I was turned away again. they lost my business now. I went some where else both times and happy with the service.

I adopted a kitten they had in their store from Carroll county humane society in Maryland. Within 2 hours we knew the kitten was sick. Because of the closed store we had to take the cat to the emergency room. The following morning the kitten still needed to be seen and was too sick and ended up needing to be put down. Within 24 hours of adoption. And neither Carroll county humane society or petsmart would help us with costs. I will never do business here again....

RecommendedI have been using PetSmart for years. I have always been greeted with a smile and how can I help you. Dec 2017 my family and I got a dog and I tried a different groomer and was not satisfied. I began to take my dog to PetSmart and I have never had an issue.
Quit pricing your in-store items different form your own WEBSITE. Example: 11lb bag of Blue Buffalo FREEDOM chicken for cats. In-store $39.99; your OWN website $32.99. I have to constantly do a price match against your OWN website EVERY time. This is deceptive because consumers will not think that a company’s product has lower prices online, so they will unknowingly pay MORE in-store than necessary. FIX IT.
Grooming staff on 3/22 is unprofessional and inconsiderate.
