Came in for a haircut and my dog left with an inflamed knee and swollen tissue! Also left her for 6 hours and the haircut was awful and her ears were still left soaked and matted! When we went to pick her up the ‘’groomer’’’ who groomed her didn’t even acknowledge us! Very unprofessional! Awful experience!
I recently learned that Petsmart does not allow bully breeds in the doggy day care. I know this location does not offer this service. Regardless, as a proud Pitbull mom I can not in good faith spend my hard earned money at this establishment. I have also informed all of my friends and family of the blatant ignorance and discrimination that this company encourages. Dogs should be judge by their individual temperament, not their breed.
Went with my Chihuahua for her nails it wasn't that bad
What a horrible way to treat your LOYAL customers, especially during the holidays. I will NEVER be coming back to ANY Petsmart EVER again. I've shopped here at this specific location for over 8 years and had my puppy trained here. NEVER ever again! This place is awful and only cares about money!
We take our baby's (one at nine months one 7 years) to get there nails gind down. They do a great job!
I love everyone at this store , but if you have a 7 a.m. grooming appointment don't expect to be seen at 7 a.m. , because I don't know how to show up on time.
