Misty David. The pet trainer, is a miracle worker. She has done so much to help my family learn training methods to train and care for our pet. Training with her takes dedication and time on your part, too, but she makes sure you have all the tools you need to be successful and is always available to answer questions and give advice. Won’t be back anytime soon. I purchased a harness for my German Shepherd puppy just eyeballing the size and it was too exact so I went to return it but had misplaced my receipt so I knew I would need to speak to someone. Misty is the best trainer ever! The training classes are affordable and informative. Misty answers all my questions and guides me in training my pup! From the first time she met my dog, who was traumatized, Misty started her on the path of training with a free evaluation during which my dog learned trust and a couple of skills. It was a Godsend! We absolutely love love love Ms Misty the dog trainer and Taylor from grooming. They always go out of their way to make our day. All of the workers have been so very friendly and welcoming. They absolutely love the animals and it shows. I would highly recommend this PetSmart to anyone. Will definitely continue with the dog training classes. Very impressed. Great job everyone!
