Took my dog Bailey to get groomed because her anal glands were bothering her and she needed her nails clipped, ears cleaned, etc. Well when my husband picked her up he didn’t receive the usual report card thing. I went in @9:00am and it was not crowed at all! ! Everyone was so nice! !!
I took my chihuahua to get groomed here a few weeks ago and he looked great! All the staff was very friendly. Bianca groomed my dog and did a great job. They got him in and out fairly quickly, so that was nice. We will be visiting again in the future.
The Harbison PetSmart employees have really pissed me off. A shopper was literally dragging a small kitten around on a harness and leash, the kitten on its back, and clearly upset. When we informed the three employees standing at the register doing nothing, they all giggled. I'm very upset that they would stand there and do nothing. We took care of the issue ourselves, but it's very upsetting when the employees think it's a game and funny.
I will no longer shop your stores for my six dogs, two cats or aquarium or for any rescues I foster or work with. Two of my best dogs are Staffordshire Terriers and you have said they are not wanted. How horrible. The only fight any dog of mine was in was at your store when a Scottish terrier jumped my husky. My Pibble is a gentle and sweet boy who's #1 thing in his life is my 3 month old son. I will take my money where people that are around animals are smart enough to understand animals. What a bunch of jackwagons.
Selection of dog treats is not stocked well. I go there because it's close
Yesterday I went there for a few things I needed for my cats. I had a sales person Karen. Long curly hair help me. She was so so sweet and provided great customer service! Not only that the store did a pet store comparison since I had found the item cheaper at petco for me and gave me the lower price! Thanks! I appreciated it!
