I normally don't write reviews or gripe over little things but this really chapped my ass so I'm leaving this review as many places as I can. To the manager at the Cedar Hills Petsmart location who closed the door in my face: The store hours say you close at 9 pm. Rushing to the door to close it AS I'M WALKING UP at 8:57 pm constitutes closing early so please just say "we're closing early" rather than saying "we're closed" as you manually shut the doors giving a half-assed smile and saying a disingenuous "sorry". If there was a ZERO rating I would give them this. Horrible service and staff is extremely rude. I booked an appointment online for my pet for grooming and when I get there, at the booked time, the grooming service area is a complete mess and others owners are arguing over who arrived first and so what. I am BEYOND disappointed in this Store and couldn't post without giving this store 1 star that is doesn't deserve. My girlfriend was asked for a photo of her desired doggy cut and provided the photo as requested. And after giving them another chance being disappointed before this one takes the cake. This is the worst cut I've ever seen in my entire 60 years of life. Our Yorkie looks worst then when we dropped her off. Love your Dog? Stay Away from this store.
I took my service dog to pet smart for a bath/brush and teeth brushing and I am not happy with the results. Soon after my dogs have been scratching and strongly bite at her paws and at her behind. Never done this before. The dog is going mad at her ears so I checked and clean her ears and they were filthy (part of the grooming) I will get my dog checked by a veterinarian as soon as I am able. Regardless I will not use those business again.
This is a review for Petsmart Grooming. Robyn and Sabia are extremely unhelpful. Robyn even had the audacity to refer to Sabia as a “senior” groomer…. What a joke. They cancel their coworkers bookings because they do not get clients themselves. In my opinion, they should find a new environment to work. The whispering to each other in front of clients and lack of knowledge in grooming is juvenile, caty, and straight up unprofessional. We have shopped at the Smyrna Petsmart for several years in spite of their culture of treating customers as an annoyance. They have always seemed to be frustrated when we needed assistance in finding an item, or if we had a question about a product. In our final visit to this store, they were extremely rude and refused to let us check out, even though we had followed their precise instructions in providing the documentation needed for the purchase a prescription item. DO NOT take your dog to this location. They are HORRIBLE and do not treat the dogs with care. And whatever you do DO NOT have AMY groom your dog. She does not treat your dog with care. She yanks them and pulls on them and talks to them with a mean face and voice. DO not take your animal to the salon some of the workers they torture animals there but when they see you they act like super nice .don't put your inoccent animal there since they cannot tell you later what has been done to them ..go to Google and search by your self
