Fire Bri, she is horrible with animals and people (very bad combo for her profession)
The groomer Bri was incredibly aggressive and unprofessional with me when I came in to drop off my dog. She maintained that same aggressive disposition when I handed my dog off to her. I am genuinely concerned that she mistreated my defenseless dog. For an employee to treat me with such disrespect while charging me for an incomplete service is truly unacceptable.
