Employees were not wearing masks or maintaining appropriate distances from each other or customers. Store is very dirty.

MISERABLE - UNPROFESSIONAL- BRAZEN ATTITUDE grooming experience. Been long time customer with regular groomer (Ana) and on arrival at appt time Nicole (Salon Mgr) told my groomer was sick and could not take my dog. This was done in very unprofessional manner argued in threatening manner saying " THIS IS MY SALON AND I GET TO CHOOSE WHO TO TAKE " and he chooses which dog to see.
