RecommendedOkay I don’t usually do reviews and I honestly love Petsmart I take my dog to the vet, grooming and I have to buy special food there so I would like to think I’m a loyal customer. I understand that with this COVID 19 going on that the salon is busy I get that but when I have made 3 appointment and every time they have been canceled the day before by the manger I’m going to get upset with them I made an appointment for 8am at the salon on the phone with the store manager he made it for me because they yet again had to cancel ... read more

I went to PetSmart in Webster to purchase Tropical fish and the sales person Interrogated me on my purchase. It is none of their business of what size, how many, what fish i have in my aquariums. DON'T go there for any fish purchases.

Went to Petsmart, as I usually do on Saturday’s. I had to purchase some items for my critters. While standing in line, to check out, I was watching the dogs being groomed. I was alarmed to see a groomer being unnecessarily rough with one of the dogs. I spoke with the cashier who called a manager. I really hope, Mike, the manager took action. I felt really bad for the dog and hope that I don’t see that groomer there in the future.

Ok... trying to be understanding and I know accidents happen... but really? They clipped her tongue during grooming and by the time we got home both she and I were covered in blood. I had to stop at a McDonald's to wash my hands because they were so covered. I had to give her a full bath once we got home. Both of us are traumatized by this experience. Beware! I will not be returning to this location. (See comments for pictures)
