my dog had appointment at 10 a.m. they did not get done with him until 3:30 a Pomeranian I paid $70 his hair was not cut too short just behind his teeth was not brushed they did a good job on his nails I was very unsatisfied with the grooming part for $70 every time I go there it's been getting higher I recommend to go somewhere else more reasonable usually it takes two hours it took almost four and a half ridiculous

Don't take your pet here to get their nails done. my friend went there and now his dog needs to go into surgery because they cut the nail so badly or cracked it out actually messed up the root of the nail. Now not only is his dog in pain and can't walk but he has to miss work to take his dog to the vet, it's causing a lot of pain sadness and anger for him and everybody around him that knows and loves that dog
Everyone was super helpful in buying and loading my girl’s new crate. Devonte was kind and considerate and helpful and even told me about his own dogs. I come here a lot for new toys and treats for my two labs. Always a pleasant experience.
Grooming salon has gone completely downhill. We will never go back!
The only thing i recommend about this petsmart is the Banfield staff, groomers, and the trainers. All the other associates are rude and extremely unhelpful. I can NEVER seem to find any help when I am there to shop. Your store needs to hire more qualified associates.
I highly recommend grooming for fur babies! This was our five month old Jack Russells' second grooming with Caitlin! She does such a wonderful job with our baby. I can't say enough good things! Thank you!
