I recently had an issue. I went through the website resolution system, and Tim - the store manager, went above and beyond and provided a very satisfactory resolution. I commend Tim for stepping up and taking care of us.
Its a Little on the pricey side but always enjoy going.
Love it that they are so supportive of animal rescue and adoption. Staff is always so patient and nice during events, when things can get hectic.
Not a fan of how the small animals are truly treated.
Not happy with the service. I booked an appointment for my dog in for a simple bath, brush and toenail trim and they Told me to come back in 4 hours....4 HOURS? I returned in 4 hours and they said it would be another hour.....then they called me 15 minutes later and she was still wet from the bath, not brushed, and they had not clipped her nails. 30 dollars later I had to brush and clip her myself.
