so disappointed! dropped my dog off at 1:30 and she was there till after 5:00! they told us our dog had diarrhea, my husband was there at 3:30 and was told she wasnt ready yet. not once did they call and tell us our dog was pooping all over the place, they didnt charge us, good thing- they hacked her grooming!! now i have to make another appointment else where!! i promise you we will never step foot on your business again!! by the way- took her home and she never pooped at home! suprise suprise!!
