BEWARE Do not take your dog to the grooming salon!!!! I took my goldendoodle here to be groomed and he was returned to me with bloody cut, terrible haircut, and ended up with an ear infection. I also saw one of the groomers mishandling one the dogs in the back by carrying the dog upside down while placing them in the cage. I never post reviews however I completed their survey and provided all the details and was never contacted by anyone.
On April 7th, I purchased $150 for a hamster cage, accessories, & a hamster for my three year old son. Prior to purchasing the employee said a hamsters lifespan is 2-years. After a two-weeks, the hamster began to escape from the cage by opening one of the top door areas. PetSmart refuses to exchange it because they have a no-return policy, although the cage itself was faulty. After speaking with a supervisor she finally agreed. Today’s Bath & Furminator appointment was extremely disappointing. Typically this service has taken 1.5 hours... today it took 2.5 hours. His paws were “soaking wet” and his coat was still full of loose fur! The picture attached is after two passes of a brush! At $77.00 this is a rip off.
The Staff is awesome as well as the groomers too!
I love the groomer how she did my Chiquita hair!! Thank you Ms Janet
