Eric treats customers terribly and he is not the manager, but will lie and say he is whenever there is a complaint. Shopped there for 10 years out of convenience, and watched him talk to customers so shocking rude. I had a run in with him over a staff member coughing on me when I asked him to where a mask while ringing me. Complained to corporate. I will never shop there again. I have been to Petco in Citrus Heights several times since and they are wonderful. Do not shop at Petsmart Natomas
