Phone Call to Petsmart and appointment schedule Called Petsmart today 9/25/10 at 10:03am and the lady who answred the phone was nice and said they gurantee the flea shampoo and that all flea will be removed for $51.00. Have an appointment today so will see how it goes....let see how their customer service is today.
Wonderful Groomers!! I took my pug in about a month ago and they did a wonderful job! I had just adopted her and she really really dirty. The groomer at Pet Smart told me that they cleaned her twice and it showed. She smelled so good and looked great! Her coat seriously changed. I also did the flea treatment which was only an additional $6.00. I am actually taking my pug again today. I was extremely happy with their services and would strongly recommend because I looked into other grooming places and they were very expensive... read more
AMYS A B I T C H I went into petsmart to drop off my dogs, and most of the chicks working looked like white trash and their bad attitudes showed on their faces, ESPECIALLY the manager, Amy. This ginger b i t ch gave me the worst time with my dogs, I would love to file a complaint about her, which I'm planning on very soon. She yelled at the employees in plain sight of me, and this poor little brunette looked like she was going to cry. I definitely do not recommend getting your dogs groomed here, or at least refrain from doin... read more
Do NOT take your pets here for grooming! I had a horrible experience here in 2004. I took my Shih Tzu to the Fullerton PetSmart for a basic grooming appointment. When I went to pick him up, his right eye was bloodshot and swollen. The PetSmart employees tried to tell me it was that way when I dropped him off!!! I adamently refused to accept this and then the groomer finally said that he must have caused the injury to his eye "by pulling on the collar when he was getting groomed." I knew this was b.s.
