Worst Customer Service Ever! – I made an appt and when I showed up I was told that I had come at the wrong time. I wrote the appt time in my daytimer when I made it. Instead of being helpful or offering to rebook they were very insulting. They told my groomer that her 8am appt was here at 11am. She just said "well, it's 11am" and dismissed me.
