I had an appointment for my dog Penny at 1 PM on July 15. I dropped her off at 12:30 for her appointment and was not told any specifics, but we have used pet smart grooming numerous times before and it has always been the 2 hour turn around time after the appointment start time. 4:00 PM rolls around and i have heard absolutely nothing from petsmart, so i give them a call.
