This is in regards to the grooming department. They had our dog for over 2 hours and didn’t even do everything that we request. Then, in addition apparently didn’t listen or write notes because they also tried to do extraneous work that we specifically said multiple times not to do. I suppose it didn’t help we dealt with 4 different representatives in the course of dropping off and picking up our pup the last of which wasn’t even the pups ASSIGNED groomer, but a trainee who was throw in the deep end with no one immediately s... read more
This Grooming Saloon for pets is got to be 1 of the cleanest, comfortable & well managed more than a lot of saloons I've seen..Great job to these ladies on keeping a great clean saloon & doing a great job on my pet.
Llevamos a mi perro un viejo pastor inglés a que le cortaran el pelo este sábado 3 de noviembre, por que lo traía largo y algunos nudos (más en el area del cuello por culpa del collar). Nos dijeron que lo más seguro es que lo dejarían corto por culpa de los nudos a lo cual estuvimos de acuerdo. Pero no esperábamos que lo lastimarían. Si nuestro perro no se dejaba avisen que no pueden y ya( no pasa nada), pero que a fuerzas lo quieran hacer y lo lastimen, no se vale!!
