Stay away from this groomer! Louie, who is no longer there, was excellent grooming my Maltese dogs. The manager, Kimberly, has an attitude, and just thinks everybody who comes in there is a pain. She is always right. She told me if I had such a problem, I should not bring my dogs back there. She doesn’t have to worry about it. Also, I have a 12-year-old dog, and a six year old dog, who I’ve taken into Banfield there the entire time I’ve lived in Texas.
