if i could give 0 i would my dog recently got diagnosed w/ kidney disease so i come here to get his food one time i came they said they needed an rx which i mostly understood even though it still frustrated me. when i came back with the rx (twice !!!) i had no problems getting the food, then i come back with the rx & they say i need an rx number so i have to go to banfield to get an rx card like where is this coming from & why does everybody have a different answer … tired of it & it they weren’t the only petsmart in pearlan... read more
Horrible service , manager is horrible ripped our 100$ bill claiming there isn’t a blue stripe on it , after she ripped it. When you clearly can see the stripe on it. Will be reporting to corporate. Never returning to this location again. Update: got it verified at a grocery store it’s a real bill. White old lady with white hair you will be reported tomorrow morning.
They cancelled my pet for today saying He’s aggressive they’ve been grooming my Dog since 2016 my point was they need to call me that they’re canceling my appointment today instead of me going there it’s a waste of my time .
