This location had tremendous customer service and was very well stocked. I was waiting on an order placed , and two employees came up to ask me if I needed some assistance (: Highly recommend 👌
Hailey O always does an amazing job with my fur baby. Very knowledgeable and attentive. She’s my favorite groomer! Heather D Is rude and needs to be trained and coached on customer service. Not friendly at All. Spoke to the manager and she mentioned I wasn‘t the first customer to mention this, so with that said I’m sure I will not be the last. She assured me she would speak with her.
The aisles are crowded and employees rude. The whole store is a mess and one can barely navigate. Shelves completely a mess
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! All of the employees are super unprofessional and rude! Store had boxes everywhere, was a complete mess. They just need to shut this location down, I will never be coming back here again.
