I have going to this location in Pembroke Pines for 16 years and I have never encountered a nasty service until today. I booked an online appointment and the online system did it have any disclosure before or after booking the appointment that pertained my dogs age. When I got to my appointment the groomer Leighann A was very rude and for a lack of a better word, nasty. She is obviously better off dealing with the pets than with people. My family and l went on 12-14-19. to have a picture of our "Gracie " taken with " Santa'" it was great...The staff went above and beyond ...The pictures came out great!!! From the lady who took the pictures to the young man who played "Santa" and the man in the background giving out the treats they were Awesome!!!!
I'm very disappointed how the lady at the register treated me her name is IVY.....I ask her if she can log in into her tablet to check the price on their website as it was lower as my signal was very poor and I didn't want to hold the line. Her body language was nasty telling me no she can't do that sorry if you want a discount log in into your phone I need to see it in your phone.

Alex the trainer is really great. He takes his time ,and explains everything to you. But you have to do your homework as well, and your dog will be well trained

It alright.. but the insurance. Not good!!.. And can get costly, if you go over in expenses over the insurance plan. To me it is more an insurance care.... My Dog it's old and I was told that was very sick, and they couldnt clean his teeth because of his liver. There he is, he turned 16..
