I had a date for my two dogs toda at pet smart , and I was late due to the road work on 13 and the store door being locked. I was told in a nasty way that i was late and they could NOT goom my dogs today.. All though another lady was waiting with me at the locked door and we had the same appointment time and she got right in. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PET SMART ANY MORE!! I PURCHASED FOOD, TREATS, COLLARS AND ALOT OF GOOMING. YOU NEED TO GET BRITINY BACK! YOU HAVE LOST A GREAT CUSTOMER
