How can you improve? How about carry doggie bowls! LOL Not impressed! Nothing online but collapsible. You're a pet store, for heaven's sake!

Oh my gosh. I can not say enough nice things about the Petsmart day camp on Millbrook and Capital and their staff. Not only do they take such good care of Bogie and the other dogs but today when i picked him up they surprised us with 2 bags of dog clothes, toys, beds, blankets, backpack, and treats. They said that it was because Bogie was a VIP elite member. 😊 They are so nice not only to us but to everyone. The recommendation is ONLY for pet services.They had a price for rabies shots were only $19.When I called to book the appointment..the total cost was $75.!!The coupon leads u to believe the cost is one price then they tell you there's the office visit cost.I don't have an issue paying $75.,but;make it clear in the advertising!!

Today I picked up my dog from the pet hotel just to see she was covered in dog feces. I'm very upset we've never had a problem before. She was in there for 4 days who knows how long she's been like this. She just had a bath before going and now she needs another one. Unfortunately by the time I noticed it , we were to far away to turn around and go back.
They are great for grooming but I am never able to set up my appointment on-line. When I complained they said the site works for others????!! Doesn't make me happy :(
