Theyv always have what I need.
Their prices are fair, all of their people who have groomed my two dogs have been friendly and consistent in their quality of work and they don't make you wait too long to get in and out of their lobby. This is really appreciated. We've been going here for a couple years now and will probably continue to plus they give you pet salons certificates every now and then and offer other deals.
I have a lot to say about my first experience there for grooming but it's a long story. Wasn't impressed. The lady didn't even put 1% effort into getting my dog groomed. They couldn't recommend anyone else for a mildly nervous pups first time.......there was hardly anyone there when I showed up for my appt ..but after 4 mins of trying to convince the lady my dog was fine in a cage if need be, the line grew to about 15 people with barking hyper dogs...I felt rushed through the whole deal and zero effort was made ...not impres... read more
