I am getting sick of the gross prices that keep going up and nobody is ever available for help. So the money you are saving by not paying staff should reflect lower prices. Considering the people there have almost zero education on any of the animals there, these inflated prices are unreasonable. The staff you do have are largely unfriendly and don't even speak to you when you say hello. It's like you don't want people to have pets anymore. I went to buy some fish. I went from tank to tank looking to see what I wanted to get. There was a woman working in this area and she never asked me if I needed help. I had to ask her if she would be getting the fish for me, she said yes. I proceeded to tell her a few of the ones I wanted and she starts giving me an attitude about what I was saying I wanted. Tried to buy a fish and had a worker hovering behind us, correcting us as we were shopping. Literally interrupting our conversation to chime in with all the things each fish needs. They would not let us buy a goldfish unless we had a 29 gal tank (which is, btw, 4x larger than the tanks the fish were currently in with 20 of the fish) But I needed 29 gal per fish along with every piece of equiptment they sold, just to buy a 1" goldfish. The people who worked there were so condescending and rude, absolutely horrible experience.
